    The meet takes place on a Saturday and Sunday leaving Monday for visiting one of Orlando’s finest Theme Parks.

    Meet Format

    “Capital Cup” – Warm-up & Compete & Modified Traditional

    There will be 4 competition areas within the Marriott venue.
    A, B, C, D Gyms inside the Cypress Ballroom competing at same time!
    Team and Individual Competitions –  No Finals!
